.co.zw domain registrations are processed through the official registry and are subject to availability. Once registered, domains are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to renew your domain before expiry. Dischub will not be liable for the loss of a domain due to failure to renew on time.
Hosting services are billed on a subscription basis. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service interruption. Dischub does not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of maintenance, unforeseen outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Development projects are governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, timelines, milestones, and payment terms. Work will only commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Any changes to the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
Design services include a specified number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of engagement. Final files will only be released upon full payment. All creative work produced by Dischub remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received.
