2 Services, Payments and Refunds

Dischub offers a range of digital services including domain registration, web and email hosting, website and mobile app development, graphic design, and payment gateway integration. All services are subject to the specific terms outlined below.

Domain Registration

.co.zw domain registrations are processed through the official registry and are subject to availability. Once registered, domains are non-refundable. It is your responsibility to renew your domain before expiry. Dischub will not be liable for the loss of a domain due to failure to renew on time.

Web and Email Hosting

Hosting services are billed on a subscription basis. You are responsible for ensuring timely payment to avoid service interruption. Dischub does not guarantee uninterrupted access in the event of maintenance, unforeseen outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Website and Mobile App Development

Development projects are governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope, timelines, milestones, and payment terms. Work will only commence upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Any changes to the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

Graphic Design

Design services include a specified number of revision rounds as agreed at the time of engagement. Final files will only be released upon full payment. All creative work produced by Dischub remains our intellectual property until full payment has been received.

Payment Gateway

Use of the Dischub payment gateway is subject to our merchant agreement. You must only use the gateway for lawful transactions. Dischub reserves the right to withhold or reverse any payment deemed fraudulent or in violation of these terms. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

The following charges apply to all transactions processed in United States Dollars through the Dischub payment gateway. A percentage is deducted per transaction and a flat settlement fee is applied at the time of each disbursement.

How Settlement Works
  1. Transaction Processing: When a customer makes a payment through your Dischub payment link or API integration, the funds are received and held securely in your merchant account.
  2. Threshold Requirement: Funds will only be released for settlement once your account balance reaches the minimum settlement threshold for the applicable currency, either USD or ZWG.
  3. Fee Deduction: At the point of settlement, the applicable transaction percentage fee and the flat settlement fee are automatically deducted from the amount being disbursed to your account.
  4. Disbursement: Once all deductions have been applied and the threshold has been met, the net amount is disbursed to your registered merchant account promptly.
